Bij de FietsWinkel HeinkenPlein kunt u terecht voor de verkoop van gebruikte en nieuwe fietsen, fietsverhuur en fietsreparaties.
Wie zijn wij?
De FietsWinkel HeinkenPlein staat voor service. Voor ons houdt die service in dat uw fiets altijd binnen dezelfde dag gerapareerd is, waarbij voor elk onderdeel zeker 3 maanden garant wordt gestaan. De service beteken echter meer: er staan ten alle tijde meerdere enthousiaste, ervaren fietsenmakers klaar om u snel en doelgericht te helpen, want de Stadsfiets houdt Amsterdam graag fietsend.

I was trying to find your web address so long! I visited you on last summer, and you are amazing guys! All my friends who have visited Amsterdam I told them to visit your shop and rent a bike! It was the best idea ever to explore the Amsterdam with bike, and your service was great! And I still have my little bell for bike, which you gave us as present!

Called them and asked if I could bring my bike after work and it was OK, I brought it, got fixed and went back home same day, so was fixed very fast and friendly and professional staff.

PERFECT PLACE TO WASTE 3 DAYS OF TIME AND HAVE NOTHING REPAIRED
I took my bike one morning to fix my lights and they promised that all would be done by the afternoon . When I came back after work, they told me they didn’t have enough time but “no worries madam, 99% sure all will be fixed by tomorrow” Today (3 days after) when I have arrived again, they finally have recognized that they don’t have the proper cables to fix the lights and the job can’t be done. A total waste of time. Not very friendly staff and I will never go back again to this non- professional place.
If you are in the area, please go to any other shop in Albert Cuypmarkt. I’m sure they will treat you better/fix your bike

A year ago I bought a bike here and at the time you told me that you have registered the bike so I could declare if it gets stolen. Can you tell me where did you register it? Or where can I register if you didn’t?

Does one need to make a reservation in advance to rent a bike or just walk-in the day of?

Great shop! They gave me a good deal on the used bike i bought. Including 3 warranty checks. During the fist they changed a shaft which got old. On the last check, where i was actually outside of the warranty time, they removed for free a bent in a wheel. I can highly recommend Fietswinkel!

Donderdagmiddag heb ik mijn fiets opgehaald bij jullie (Marie Heinekenplein) met een nieuw achterwiel. Na ongeveer twintig minuten fietsen voelde ik een bobbel in de band, waarna ik een klapband kreeg. Hij staat nu op slot bij Muntplein, maar ik krijg hem waarschijnlijk niet helemaal tot uw winkel. Ik vind het erg vervelend dat een nieuw wiel er dus niet goed op is gezet en dat ik weer zonder fiets zit. Ik hoop dat jullie mij zo snel mogelijk kunnen helpen.
